Threw my son's away! Caught my son with the Stretchkins legs wrapped around his neck.
So tight his face turned blue and his eyes watered up. He couldn't speak. Please beware parents!!
My son is 4 1/2. Suggested age on the product is 3.

Shady business practices and ridiculous shipping fees
I considered ordering Stretchkins for my granddaughter. Even filled out the order online, but when I saw that shipping was $25, as much as the items I ordered, I backed out and DID NOT SUBMIT the order.
A month later, I received a postcard stating that my order was "overlooked" and if I did not want the items, I should send the postcard back to them, which I did. They shipped the package anyway and charged my credit card.
Their customer service is a joke. That was in August and I'm still dealing with them to get my money back!

The ordering process is very ambigious and misleading indeed!
The first thing you are asked to provide is your credit card info, and you have no idea how much you are paying, until the order is complete.
My order total was 109, and I did not know this until the order was complete and my card was charged.
You are not given the opportunity to review your order and see the total charge before submitting the order. If you have questions, then you have to wait for 48 hours before you can try to contact them.
You are not given any information on shipping and you do not know how and when your order is going to be shipped/delivered.
My kids have been asking me when they are getting their toys, but I have no idea.

Stretchkins.com website is ambiguous & misleading
BUYER BEWARE! There IS a reason that the $ total is not calculated BEFORE you're asked for your credit card information.
You may find that the shipping, handling & fees add up to $29.80 for two puppets (+ free whatever). & the runaround that follows is even worse: you can't change your order til it posts (on www.customerstatus.com) so you call back & call back & by the time your order posts, GUESS WHAT! the order's already shipped!
The only recourse offered is to refuse delivery (or in this case, ask my granddaughters to refuse delivery, on their birthday) & we don't even know where the package is coming from (the website is vague about many things) or HOW it's coming (USPS, UPS, FedEx or what).

I did not click to submit order. I was not ordering due to17.95 shipping . I needed it mailed to my grandson very upset with whole deal .
