- - Large thin crust pizza for $28 at Cactus Rd & 32nd St; tasted like cardboard.
- - Staff denied responsibility and offered no credit, coupon, or apology.
I recently got a pizza At your Cactus Rd & 32nd St location. I walked in and got a large thin crust pizza for $28.00.
I paid with my friends Debt card. The pizza was horrible, no taste and was like cardboard. My friend is on a low limited income and the cost was a lot to her. She called the store and left a message.
*** (store manager) called her back and left a message stating his name and was calling about the bad order. On 6/21 I called and spoke with *** and all he kept saying was it wasn't him who left message. So I took her phone directly into store and showed *** to voice to text message and he still denied it was him. I said it must have been someone impersonating him.
He didn't even offer an apology. So he basically refused to offer any credit, coupon not even a free drink. He just kept saying it wasn't him. he acted like it was funny.
The worst customer service I've encountered. No more Streets Of *** for me!
Preferred solution: Full refund

Unless you return the pizza you are NOT entitled to a refund. If it were really as terrible as you claim, you probably did not eat more than one or two slices.
Return the remaining pizza for your refund. Unless you are lying for a free meal of course.
