Total frustration

Tomorrow this aggravation will be going on for one solid month.

I have been dealing with Rain or Rayne, who I think is in customer Service. I got caught with yalls 10 day or 20 day or however, many day long holiday right in the middle of all my problems.

I need an email address to send directly to customer Service. I am re-explaining my problem for the fourth or fifth time.

Ive written another email explaining the same problem that Ive explained before but I need a proper email address to make sure that you get it.

Im having fits with my Apple email address and I delete thousands and thousands of emails a day.

I accidentally deleted Raynes out of frustration dealing with thousands and thousands and thousands of emails a day. Im going to completely stop using that email address and go to a new Windows email address and maybe give it to 10 people probably more like five

If this doesnt get resolved, I want my money back and I will say farewell to your company forever.

I purchased StreamFab All-In-One today, October 1, 2024, at 12:52 PM, and it is now 4:00 PM. I have not received any email containing product authorization information, and it's beyond one hour.

My order number is pi_3Q5C5LI1yIKMnUMa0k5XcAEC and it is licensed to the email Aquino.Agustin.Angel@***.com. When should I expect my product information? Please provide me with my order or a refund.

I registered but never received a confirmation email to set a password, so I do not have a member account to access my trouble ticket. Thank you and have a nice day.
