Need login and password
I paid for service and never received my password and login. I need a refund. Contacted customer service but they wanted me to pay $1 just to speak with someone

Everything was good, very good service, excellent staff willing to help out, to do a fast call attending all areas to be covered
Over priced
Over priced. Never used or was interested in using the products. Not worth the hundreds of dollars I spent with this product
Date if billing
Cant enter in the internet, to ckeck my account. I would like to know my billing date?
I was charge from my bank $35 last month..
Im receive my SS ckeck on the 3rd of every month.. I would like to know my payment date?

Disconnect problem extension
The lady was ever so nice this morning. She extended my already extended payment.
It was for the 8th of Sept. They first extended til the 27th of Sept.Today i called. Im to make this months and next months on the 10/8/2021. Which is alot better than a disconnect today and more money for that plus my former bill of $67.69 .
God bless you Stream and thank you so so much. My bank card was compromised and have no money.

Stream Energy Billing
Somewhere in November/December Stream Energy either upgraded their software or switched to a new system which has been a debaucle and appears to have had no user testing. When renewing in October there was no mention of this nor no notification.
This does not happen overnight. When one went to try to pay their bill there were different amounts appearing on the initial screen as to the one where you went to pay it. They put the rate at default of .9999. There is no way to view your bill to see what the charges and usage is.
They are now charging 2.95 for those who pay via online payment by checking account. I have written to the president of the company with no response.

Strem Energy disconnected my gas service 7 days before the date in the disconnection notice.
I received a letter from Stream Energy that stated my home gas service would be disconnected if I did not pay it by March 22nd. Do to unforseen financial burdens I planned to pay my gas utility bill on Friday, March 19th three days before the deadline given to me.
On March 15th without warning Stream Energy disconnected my gas service. When I called Stream Energy to ask why they cut me off prior to the date given in the letter the representative apologized repeatedly. After putting me on hold for several minutes she then said the letter was inaccurate do to a returned payment in January. I stated I made approved payments in February that were accepted by Stream Energy so I did not understand her response. She then said my only option was to pay an amount that was close to $320 to have the service restored.
I complained that Stream Energy gave me March 22nd as a deadline in a disconnection notice and that I had planned to pay on March 19th. I was told again there was nothing that could be done and that I needed to pay the amount for service restoration.
The same day March 15th I called back to Stream Energy and paid the amount that was close to $320 with a credit card and asked for my service to be restored. I was given a confirmation number for my payment and told the first date available was March 22nd for reconnection. Needless to say I was upset and asked why it would take so long and was told that Stream Energy is only the marketer for the gas service but Atlanta Gas and Light handles all the connection, disconnection and reconnections for Stream Energy and there was nothing else that they could do.
I told the representative it was odd that March 22nd was the original date the letter had given me for a deadline and she responded by saying that I would have to pay another payment amount of $300 plus dollars on March 22nd for a new bill or the service would be disconnected. I called another gas provider to see if I could get new service and they said Atlanta Gas and Light handles all of their service too. I then called Alanta Gas and Light to see if I could get reconnected faster because my home is freezing and they told me to call Stream Energy with all concerns.
Essentially, Stream Energy set my reconnection date out 7 days so that if I miss the next payment due on March 22nd they never have to come out to reconnect me at all. Based on these occurences I feel completely powerless and upset about this broken system that is in place with gas utilities in GA. It's not enough to deregulate gas marketers but the service end must be deregulated also. I can not be the only person who has has ever been in this unfortunate situation.

Will not let me sign in to pay my bill. Have had the same username and password for a while now, but now won't take it. Very frustrating.
