Misled shipping/customs charge

When goods where delivered I received a card from the post office advising me that in order to receive my parcel I would have to pay a customs charge of £17.18. I advised Strawberrynet that I had not realised I would have an extra charge as plastered all over their website was 'free postage'. Therefore, was not willing to pay this charge. I wanted to return the goods obtain a refund. To this I was told it would take a while so I was not convinced I would receive a refund They stated that if I paid the customs charge, it would be reimbursed. This was 28th February and after 4 emails I have still not received my money! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY !!

After many many emails with this scam company;i decided to give a try;and god forbid I too got a rash that still this day can still see;and like many others received more than enough jars to use;they have made me bloody homeless;being a pensioner I count every Dollar;oh know they don't care;as long as they get there money;the money they took was for my rent;now I am on the street;this company has to be stopped;surely someone out there with more grey matter than me can do something;please stop them;i tried to ring them too;but got the run around like many others;i have sent products back no reply;i hope they are really comfortable warm and dry while I am on the street;someone out there stop them Please Julie

Fraud! They do not deliver the products

This website is such a fraud I can not tell, I am so mad at them. My order was shipped on June 1st, precisley 53 days ago and has not yet arrived. The tracking number says the products have been shipped from Sweden (Yes, how come being shipped from Sweden if they are based on Hong Kong?) on June 1st and there is no other information whatsover. Therefore, the merchandise has been lost for sure. I have sent a thousand e-mails demanding a refund. All they say is that our Postal Service (Brazil) is slow and the merchandise will arrive. Such a lie, our Postal Service is slow but serious, since I buy online frequently and can track the merchandise without any trouble. I called to check about where the merchandise could be and it has not entered our borders, so obviously this has been lost. It is outrageous the way they their consumers and I thought they were serious! Lost U$80.

Fresh Fragrances - a welcome relief from SNet

I was originally angry about my experience with SNet which is why I came to this site. My parcel was supposedly lost and SNet would barely answer my emails. After about a mnth of chasing them (so 2 months after my item had been missing) I finally got a refund. But then I started using Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics who I found to be much more reliable. They answered emails during work hours and if I called them after hours and left a message, they would call me back in the morning. I feel so much happier doing business with a company I trust and that I can contact easily! I just wish I had found them earlier

Didn´t received My Order in Brazil

Has been 3 months and I´m still without my products. People don´t trust in this website!

Strawberry.net I tried to track my order (Order: 119070****) at the post office in Hong Kong and Brazil and I cannot. According to the information on the website (www.strawberry.net) I should receive my order no later than(09/16). Today makes 45 consecutive days that I still don´t have the Product. The only information that I had from them is the request was sent and did not find any other information in the mail. Unfortunately I continue with vague answers and without a positioning of you what happened with the order. I read some complaining in websites from Brazil but now I need to complain to the world.
