They have changed Data usage and it sucks!!!

Strava no longer works with other apps like Trail Forks etc because they are making a business move. As well for such a small company they have zero customer service!

doesn't matter if you are a subscriber.

They suck you into liking the app then screw you by monopolizing your data. I will be leaving.

Complaint

I received an unsolicited "receipt" for $0.00 suggesting that I had requested a "trial" for 30 days with Strava. Initially, I ignored it but then later filled out a cancellation form and requested an acknowledgement from them as I did not wish to be charged for any subscription at a later date.

No acknowledgement was ever received. On Oct 30th I received an email from Strava saying that " my 30 trial" expires on Oct 31st. I again went to Strava's website and again completed a cancellation form. On Nov 4 I noticed an amount of $99.99 on my Visa account statement.

How did they get my Visa account number? Also any other emails which I have sent to them have been ignored to date.

I have kept copies of my cancellation notices and the 0.00 receipt & will be providing all this to Consumer Affairs, Seniors Newspaper, Facebook, Channel 9 and also radio 3AW if this matter is not resolved quickly. Strava have obviously tried to trap me into paying for something which I did not ask for or want.

I need a refund and you guys keep acting like it’s solved when you haven’t gave me the money back

I already canceled my subscription, but I cant get the warranty

I already canceled my subscription, but I cant get the warranty also, I never intended to actually pay for the $80 it says via Apple that I did not have the subscription so I canceled it via Apple. I think the main problem was that I didnt cancel it via strava.com

Customer support is really awful

Apparently all customer support is via online chatbots / algorithms- my problem didnt fit into an existing framework and for almost a week of trying, Ive gotten no support only automated loops back to the same algorithms Ive already gone through. In these situations I believe there should be either live or email support especially for premium Strava members.

User's recommendation: Hope that any Strava problems you encounter fit into one of their existing algorithms — otherwise you will be SOL

I never use mother vehicle for ride.

One day I returned back home by vehicle and not put off strava . Because of this my whole account spoil .

Please rectify it . And allow me to use strava as before.
