1. Manipulative contracts.
In the sales cycle they say with a 30-day notice you can get out of a contract. However if you try to cancel your contract they will say you can't. And attempt to force you to stay.
2. They're cleaning service was bad!
Three complaints over a two-month period of not fulfilling what they promised.

They do not have a whatever it takes attitude to get cleaning done. They will miss areas of your building and blame it on that not being in the contract

Do not give Stratus Building Solutions any money and do not buy into their scam of owning your own janitorial franchise business. Its nothing but a scam to exploit people who already have little money and little resources.
They sell these people on a business. Behind closed doors, they take their money, make them work hard with nothing to show for it and call them losers. I saw this first hand!
Most franchisees walk away burned, defrauded of their money, with a lot of wasted time because they need to go elsewhere to earn money to live!
Do not believe them. They are the worst kind of scam out there, violating already poor, marginalized people.

It is known the owners of the master franchises (each office) have little oversight from corporate, so they cut corners, do not follow federal and state franchise and employment laws, lie, cheat and otherwise scam anyone and everyone and go to great lengths to remove any truthful negative reviews about their businesses and post fake 5-star reviews about themselves. Corporate needs to have an independent transparent team review and address complaints. They truly are the worst kind of company out there.
