Don't believe a word they say
If you are a dealership stay away from anything this company offers you. They will pitch you like they are the greatest thing since sliced bread but they could not care less about your dealership or your customer.
They promise they will handle your collections but are a full recourse so it does not matter to them if they collect anything or not. They call the customer twice a week at most and that is not nearly enough.
There is so much more I could complain about but will not go into detail her I just want anyone to know if they read this to run away. RUN FAR AWAY.
