My pergola was supposed to go up today and no one turned up for the job

My pergola was supposed to turn up for my pergola today .. the contractors where Herons Home Improvement they did not even call to let mr know that they where not coming on the day today .

Both me and wife took the day off from work to be home .. and have been calling stratco obly to be told they can not do anything even thought I have paid 5000 dollars deposit for the pergola to go up .. just shocking service customer service eater zero star ..

can someone pls call me thank you . Never expected it from Stratco
