Strarford House Inn

Description of complaint I believe this is an anti-semetic hate crime: Stratford House Inn 3502 West 76 Country Blvd. Branson, MO 65616

Arrived at 3:00 pm on 10/27/23.

Had trouble getting door to unlock with card. The door was not installed correctly. The latch assembly had no clearance between it and the doorframe/striker plate. We had to body slam the door to open.

We immediately found the phone not working and went to the office immediately. We were treated disrespectfully by who appeared to be the owners and put off. At 9:00 pm the defective phone was still not replaced. We went to the office and told them if it was not taken care

of we would file a complaint with the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General's office.

The phone was replaced. The television was worthless! The remote would not work. We

went to the office multiple times and treated terribly by the owners.

We got one after another line of BS excuses. It never did work properly our whole stay. We had difficulty

pulling the door tight enough to latch properly due to improperr installation and fitment. We had to force open the door constantly and slam hard to get to latch.

I put a 22ct gold ring on the nightstand Friday night. It was missing Saturday

night when we returned from a show (10/18/23). The ring had the insignia of the Jewish letter for Jehovah on the outside and my name engraved with a date in 1970. This was awarded to me upon completion of degree work in the Scottish Rite in 1970.

The current radical anti-Semitic climate so prevalent i can only conclude that this was a hate crime

due to the predominant Jewish letter for Jehovah. Our 62nd wedding anniversary accommodations were the worst we have had in Branson since coming here every year since 1970! I am on total disability plus PTSD. The hired staff were helpful, but the owners/managers were the most arrogant disrespectful people I have ever encountered!
