They just respond to my posts with threats
When I finally had to raise my voice to get them to STOP the PITCH, she hung up on me.
She literally would not stop the pitch or listen to me.
It was surrealistic almost how aggressive she was.
I've repeatedly called and asked to speak to a manager and they have only emailed defending her actions including to say I hung up on THEM, and IF I put out any bad reviews they would consider it BLACKMAIL.
I will get my money back one way or another...
Wonderful customer service. Wonderful company.
