Bull they pride them selfs on working on all kind of cars
I went there twice and was told they would do work on my BMW Z4. Had them do a work up and I agreed to the cost.
But , he told me they were to busy at the time and would get back to me. A month later I called , was told "no we haven't forgot about you". A month later still no call back. I finally went to another place for service.
They never contacted me back either, and I didn't cancel our original agreement.
Funny they don't seem to care. Well watch out for a owner that doesn't give you straight talk and perform it!

Auto Repair Review
Dan is a scammer! He did body work on our vehicle after an accident, much of it underbody work, quoted an awesome price.
Once we asked for the minor damaged parts returned the price automatically went up without explanation. Also, his estimate was not all inclusive of the damage yet he was claiming it on the insurance to get paid. Scammer!
Double talker!! Buyer beware!
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Nothing has gotten resolved. BBB got involved and noted that he did not try to resolve the issue.
Bought a 12 bolt rear end from Danny, we were made to believe it was a gm 12 bolt out of a 1965 Chevelle. Later we found out that this was actually a 12 bolt rear end out of an Olds which unfortunately is not compatible with gm parts and uses smaller gears.
I don't know if he knew about the Old rear-end or not. It was a Craiglist deal but it was sent from his work email so I consider it a deal through his business. He would not accept a return.
I realize some of this is my fault for not checking numbers, lesson learned the hard way. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING.
Just another reason Mechanics have a bad name.
I took my 1999 Mazda to "Straight Line Customs" in Savage Mn on the recommendation of a good friend. I was quoted a price of between $125.00 -$150.00 to fix the automotive issue. I was thrilled, considering I really didn't want to put anymore money than necessary into this dinosaur of a car.
I received a phone call from the owner Danny, telling me they needed a couple extra hours to complete the job. No Problem.
As is unfortunately the case when dealing with mechanics, when I came to pick up my car, the angry large lady at the front desk handed me a bill in the amount of - wait for it- $350.00.
After seeing the shock on my face, the angry large lady replied, "What's the big deal, Its only $200.00 more.
I then had a small temper tantrum, which brought Danny the owner, (hiding in the back)out to face me. The explanation that he had is one for the record books.
He had to drive 10 miles to get a part.
Isn't that what mechanics do? Get parts to fix cars. Is this 10 mile drive not a part of doing business.
I live in the town he had to drive to. For $200.00 I would have picked the part up for him.
It almost came to blows. They, holding my car hostage, me crying, the large angry lady having a conversation with Jesus that only she could hear.
I am happy to say that sometimes a Temper Tantrum and the threat of swift legal action, along with a few witnesses, brought the company to its senses. They grudgingly accepted my check for $150.00 and were happy to see the back of me.
Not a happy experience for me.
Wouldn't recommend the company to someone I hated.
Thanks for taking the time to read this
I feel much better,
MM

Fascinating that someone would complain about a company that is too busy to work on their car and give them 2-stars. Doesn't like the person was out any money and they are free to find any other restoration shop that is out there. My first thought was, Straight Line Customs must really be good if they are so busy they have to turn away work.
