Trying to cancel my deceased wife's subscription that they just billed her for on 6/5/2025

Terrible! No response to numerous messages left and no answer to emails either.

I am trying to cancel our account with them. But they certainly billed our Discover credit card for my deceased wife who of course no longer needs their service!

no human answers any of my calls and does not return calls requested to countless messages that I have left regarding wanting to cancel my deceased wife's account with them.

Hello, On 5/29/2025, I signed up for the single individual unlimited monthly plan. However, your company billed me $389.00 for an annual subscription.

No, that is not what I ordered. Your company has an excellent file of videos, which is why I signed up. But I wanted only a monthly billing as per your advertisement, and the robot chat says that I can cancel at any time. I had no intention of canceling, but your absolute lack of response makes me wonder.

User's recommendation: Hello, Storyblocks has given me the refund I requested. Please note, thier site has great material & I found it very useful. The sign up process, at least for me, was confusing. I believed I signed up for a monthly billing plan but was charged for an annual plan. My error? I certainly can't rule it out but that was not my intention & I thought I was carfeful in my selection. It should be noted that the chat bot answered questions appropriately but eneded with the message, it will take a few hours for the customer service to respond. But in the end it all worked out. Please note, I do not regret signing up with this company, they came through and I appreciate it.

I was charged $420 without authorization - I did not sign up - they charge you more than you agree to pay for service. They do not respond to inquiries and I have sent multiple emails.

They will do not have a phone number to reach anyone in customer service.

Transparency in their charges would be great and practices would be great but unfortunately they make it difficult to resolve any issues. Companies could provide a better service if they contact previous customers asking if they want to sign up or renew .
