The book I received had a printing error and two pages were stuck together. I live out of country and did not receive my book until several months after I ordered.
I reviewed the terms and conditions, and found nothing regarding a timeline to return badly printed items. I contacted customer service regarding these errors. They only offered me a 25% discount and over the course of the email, the rep phrased some things aggressively, which in turn riled me up to phrase things back in the same manner. The rep then stated that she would not help me due to my aggressive tones.
Only 14 people work at this place, so you're pretty much not going to get good customer service. Storybird used to be good until the founders sold it off.
