I paid for views on my videos and I didn’t receive them. The websites customer support won’t help me at all even after putting in 3 tickets.
I have been using this website to buy views for my YouTube videos to help promote my channel more. However the website is what I would call a hit or miss.
Sometimes I get the views I paid for and they stay on my videos. Other times I dont. For example I have 4 videos on my channel in which I bought views for and those videos dont have the views I paid for. To make matters worse the customer support for the website is terrible.
I have put in 3 tickets in hopes of getting help and instead I havent gotten any help at all. In total I have $60 worth of views in which I dont have.
I paid for them, but I dont have the views I paid for. I would either like to receive the views I paid for or get a refund.
