I went to log in and I got a rate limit message saying I'm banned from my free storenvy store. Why? More importantly, how do I regain access to my storefront?

I ordered a dress from the smooche boutique store on January 14, 2022. And she hasn't arrived yet and I can't get in touch with the store and I don't know what's going on and what's the problem and what to do now

Tried contacting several times regarding my status of my order. Never got a response. So I called my credcard and canceled order. Marked as fraud. I would never recommend you for anyone.

Since I never received a status update or response I canceled thru my credit card mark as fraud because I believe store envy is fraud. Especially after reading further reviews on your horrible company

Cannot place a order on website
Well dear sir....I did get a response back from storenvy...however the response back to me was some what confusing....it sounded like storenvy expected for me to try to reach out to the other party to let them no that there website had some technical issues with it.....and all I really ever wanted was for storenvy to reach out to the other party and get this website corrected and get those glitches resolved because every time that I try to place a item into the shopping cart...it does not register therefore I cannot make my purchase...can you guys please reach out to these people and let them no that customers cannot make any purchases.......thank you sincerely steve hughes at ......truckstrucking5@***.com

Don't waste your time with this company. Do not use this site no matter how good it sounds.
