No taste
I have been eating werthers original Carmel hard candies sugar free for many years. I am 71 .
The Last 2 bags of this candy had no Carmel strong taste as usual. I hope you have not changed the recipe! If you have I'm done!

Not good on promises
Werthers never resolved by issue. I contacted you in September.
You replied that you were going to send me FREE COUPONS in which I never received.
I am very upset about the way you handle issues. Tell me one thing and then don’t go through with it.
September I complained about the pumpkin candies they were all sticking to the wrappers. I bought 3 bags and they were all sticking in wrappers.
Couldnt eat any of them.
Yous texted me that you were going to send me some coupons. Its nov and I still didnt receive any.
