I ordered their zip top silicone bags and they are horrible. The zip-top does not stay closed.
I looked up the return policy and shipping apparently is on me if I want to send them back with no guarantee that I get a refund. They are not at all as advertised!

I bought 13,99 $ by shipping.. . And they brought one piece smallest box and this is PLASTIC ! You can see at the picture.
I didn't accept that and i said if they are give shipping adress, i can send back them, and i wanted my money.

Several years ago I received a set from QVC and when I opened it one of the tabs was broken off the lid. I called QVC and was told I would have to send the entire package back to them.
I found the number to Lock n Lock and called them. They replaced the (sent wrong color), but charged me $3.00 to send it. I know it didn't cost $3.00 in postage. The lid was a small 4"x 2" and it came in an envelope.
I have since had a couple more tabs brake off the lids. I went to the Lock n Lock web site and it says it's closed. Without the tabs the container is no longer air tight.
The one that broke off today has only been used a couple of times. Lock n Lock you better wake up and take better care of your customers.

I have called four times to get a decent replacement of a damaged container. They sent me three WRONG items that do not fit either the top or bottom.
The last one arrived with top and bottom but had a large crack in it. Now they will not answer my calls and today blocked my number. I complained to QVC about seeing a blog online that states the exact problems other people are having that match my issues. I want administration at this company to address this as it is unbelievable treatment to customers that have bought their products for years.
No more of this product for me!! You lost a customer and my friends too.....................................

I ordered a Mystery Box on Feb 10, 2019 and the delivery status is from 3 to 10 Days but until now, no package was delivered. I tried to contact them on the customer care and I find it very useless even the Live agent wont reply and also I called there Landline and there was no answer.
