I bought 13,99 $ by shipping.. . And they brought one piece smallest box and this is PLASTIC ! You can see at the picture.
I didn't accept that and i said if they are give shipping adress, i can send back them, and i wanted my money.
Do you know what did they say???? ''Sorry.. 7.99$ is really too high.What do you think of the partial refund of the 3$ gift card plus 1$ !!!'' I think i can't send back this!

Several years ago I received a set from QVC and when I opened it one of the tabs was broken off the lid. I called QVC and was told I would have to send the entire package back to them.
I found the number to Lock n Lock and called them. They replaced the (sent wrong color), but charged me $3.00 to send it. I know it didn't cost $3.00 in postage. The lid was a small 4"x 2" and it came in an envelope.
I have since had a couple more tabs brake off the lids. I went to the Lock n Lock web site and it says it's closed. Without the tabs the container is no longer air tight.
The one that broke off today has only been used a couple of times. Lock n Lock you better wake up and take better care of your customers.

Looking for something for my wife, I ended up on mystery-boxes.com. This site sells regular, medium and large boxes for $20, $40 and $100 dollars (the site advertises them as “on sale” but the sale never ends) I went with the $100 box figuring the contents would at least have a retail value close to money paid.
Nope! $100 buys a pair of SUPER CHEAP polycarbonate sunglasses and a fidget spinner that a person could no doubt pick up for under $10 at any Walmart. Easily the worst purchase of my entire life! They also refuse to reply to repeated emails that I began writing even before delivery.
DO NOT BUY FROM MYSTERY BOXES! You will regret it.

I ordered a Mystery Box on Feb 10, 2019 and the delivery status is from 3 to 10 Days but until now, no package was delivered. I tried to contact them on the customer care and I find it very useless even the Live agent wont reply and also I called there Landline and there was no answer.

Well that didn't happen i have been on hold total 1 hour..they gave me the wrong tracking number this is ridiculous. Please find out where my merchandise is???

I bought some silicone food covers from the aolong company on WISH's site. The parcel was delivered on 21 February 2019.
One of the covers was faulty. I entered the customer support site and whenever I downloaded the required photo of the faulty cover, the customer support site disappeared.
Is this the way WISH conducts business or is this the way it allows unapproachable companies, such as aolong, to use their site to sell their wares? There seems to be no way to report a fault.
