Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got the paper check in the mail. It's been cashed the matter is closed.
The product must be a knock off. My bill went up 15 $.
He said they'd send it to my bank. Lie one. Then lie two they tried twice to return to my bank. Lie three they mailed me a check for 44+ refund and no return.
Now a week ago they probably lied again. Saying it'd be another 4 weeks. This all started in Feb. I am pissed.
I already did this report once. Now I must fill the required number of words. What do you get from this?

They lie everytime I talk to them. Now it is wait 4 more weeks.
They can stop lying to people. I was told I did not have to return the item and they'd refund $44.
They have lied to me about having tried to send it back to my bank. That was a lie. They told me a second time that my bank refused it.
Now here it is the fourth time; again, they say four weeks for a paper check. What do I do?

I have been asking for a return of my money. I've been calling and getting the runaround.
Now they say 4 more weeks to cut me a check. I may just call the BBB and the state's attorney's office. The most recent reply was 4 more weeks. It has been since early March.
We will see.
I might just make those calls. This is crap.

Send someone to show me why they aren't working. I don't have 100 symbols. I'm frustrated because I thought because the stopwatt devices were created by am engineer with Elon Musk they would be a good investment
