There is a big sign when you walk into the store that the Norwalk mayor mandated a mask policy regardless of vaccination status.

Every customer I saw was masked up. The entire meat department was chatting in front of the meat department in the path of customers wearing their masks on their chins!

Are they exempt from the policy? Who is enforcing employees in the store.

STOP & STOR Ridgewood. location . READ ,BEFORE YOU RENT. I won't give any star for this Company!

I had reservation made on line few days before and approved/confirmed by Dorothy a day that Morning ,to move in day.

When I got there I was informed by her ,that unit is rented ,and she offered me bigger and more expensive locker unit. I did rented only because I had people to help me move my staff.

The unit they rented me was in the basement and only one blinking light . The second fixture light. wires were hanging out . A few weeks later a bulb was already burned . I notified an employee ,about a light . Took them two months with BBB agent help to fix a light. I still had to pay a rent. BE AWARE ! Tenant has access to their units locker only when office is OPEN., There is nowhere mentioned in the argreement. or Company website . The rent prices do not match with their prices on the company website!

There is also no WI-FI ,as they do advertise. Even there is NO phones working in the basement .

Customer service employee ,mean ,disrespectfull. They do charge you extra $ for insurance? ,as ma factory ,if you not have own.

Stop & Stor (Storage Facility)

"Stop & Stor" storage facility in Queens Village (97-02 Springfield Blvd.

Queens, NY 11429 (7**) **0-8000) made us pay for the entire month's rent even though we wanted to close the account on the 1st day of the month. They insisted that they notify ALL of their customers of this policy.

My boyfriend and I cannot recall this unfair policy at all when we inquired about termination of the account on the previous month.

We would definitely remember an unfair policy such as this if they had cared to mention this to us at all. They just kept saying, "it's in the contract".

Stop and stor at this same exact location didn't want to give me at least the difference. Spoke with some "Wilson from the corporate office.

Stated it's in your contact. Was there for 2 years and raised the price 10 more $ a month.
