Terrible Hoa
This has to be the worst HOA of all time.
Street lights burning 247.
Gate access system in need if desperate repair.
Community Manager Jessica is not qualified nor does she process the set skills to run a peaceful community.
Damage from past storms never repaired to date.
Members and Owners customer care lacks ability to resolve the simplest complaints and issues.
Not recommend living here or patronize Stony Brook HOA...
