Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Replaced with different product. Contact customer service.
Received the blueberry pancake kit for Christmas. Very disappointed with the pancake mix.
Followed the directions. Let it rest for 10 minutes. The batter never rose. Pancakes were flat like crepes.
Also had a weird taste. Very disappointed.

Sent Coffee I did not order!
I was sent coffee when I was trying to order Pumpkin Spice Tea and Apple Cider. A Promo Code was advertised but the consumer was prevented from using it.
I even sent an email to SK to complain about this issue! I do not own a coffee maker so why would I order coffee?
I would like to be issued a credit towards the purchase of the Pumpkin Spice and the Apple Spice tea. They refuse to help me out although I have emailed them numerous times!
