HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NO FRIDGE FOR 16 DAYS AND COUNTING

My family has been with out a Fridge for 16 days and counting WHO DOES THAT??? I have tried to be patient but this company SUCKS!!!

They are contracted with Home Depot and they should actually have their contract terminated.. They keep giving me the runaround and saying that they are still waiting on a part to arrive and I should just go and get some dry ice?? What??? just fix the problem show up and assist and STOP lying to your customers.

I cannot believe HOME Depot would let their brand be brought down by this unprofessional company because they are negligent in providing good service. What company will allow you to go almost three weeks without a fridge and not return call and show up to even act like they care.

this is unacceptable and a warning to ANYONE who shops with Home Depot and they refer you to their contracted company STONES RIVER APPLIANCE in Murfreesboro Please Please Decline they are not going to repair in a timely manner even if you have a warranty. SO BUYER BEWARE>>>> BAD BUSINESS!!!!

The worst..

They came out THREE times..the first 2 they said they fixed our icemaker..it was never fixed or replaced..300.00..the owner said he was coming the 3rd time..he replaced it..still no ice..i heard, you'll have ice in a few hours 3x..no ice..don't waste your time or money..they will keep hearing from me until its fixed!!

Praise for Paul"s Appliance.

Paul's Appliance was not only prompt but early. Paul diagnosed my washer and ice maker very quickly and promised a return visit as soon as the parts were ordered.

I had a horrible experience with Stones River Appliance and would not recommend them to my dog. This company actually stated that I had dog *** all over my house and refused to return to fix my appliances. The person that came to my house on September 3rd waited 13 days to turn in my paperwork on the 16th of September. I am sure he got my house confused with someone else's because I don't even have dogs in my house.

I hate that company and feel they should be taken off your list of dealers completely. They are liars and thieves. They took the $75 payment and then turned around and make a terrible mistake and lied about my house. In fact because they lied and made the statement to a 3rd party.......namely you AHS, I would be within my rights to sue them with no problem.

I am still considering that route. Thanks for sending Paul's Appliance to my rescue.
