A month ago on the 9th of September, an uptight new Manager whose name is George, at Slug and Lettuce in Sale in Manchester ordered his staff not to serve us. He justified his bullying act, that he didn't want me to write a review about him.
This new Manager (George) has treated us unfairly with a discriminatory manner. A month has passed and we have yet to be offered a solution for the matter.
Although we have been regular customers since 2017, we have no reassurance that George will not behave in this bullying manner again.
He acted in an arbitrary manner that his actions are inconsistent with Slug and Lettuce's policy

We emailed and called to Slug and Lettuce customer services. They always give the same answer: that they will call back. But they had never called back

George (the Manager in Slug and Lettuce) in Sale in Manchester he ordered his staff to not serve us. Because as he is said I wrote a review about his unfriendly manner on 8th of July.
The matter is pretty straightforward.
We are long term customers who we organise Birthdays and Christmas do in Slug and Lettuce in Sale in Manchester.
If the matter it will not be reached into a solution and to receive an apology: we will escalate the matter.
Because George imposed authority above his position.
And he exhibits a discriminatory manner

It happened that a very aggressive Manager took an authority a Above his duties, because *** hath no fury like a pub Manager who gets 1 star review. Then he ordered his staff to not serve us.
If that happened to your neighbourhood pub with an obtuse Manager you will feel the same. Where is the freedom of speech in that?
