Had a terrible customer service experience with Stoneberry. They had false advertising. When i complained they just said oh well. The customer service reps i spoke too just had no clue. And were rude and not at helpful. I closed my acct. And will never deal there again.

I've called Stoneberry twice. Was hung up on 2nd time!! I ordered a shaver for my husband last year. It arrived late--after Christmas. He didn't really want it. Never used it. We repackaged it & I gave it to him to mail. It set in trunk of his car for over 2 months, but he finally mailed it back to Stoneberry. I'm writing a review here and on other websites regarding the poor customer service of this company. My Mother ordered a lot of different sports related items and some other things between Oct-Nov. I ordered a few items from Stoneberry, I paid off my bill or so I thought much to my surprise after talking to them on the phone & paying another amount they have now charge me 150.00 in late fees for a 23.99 item. This is so wrong and they should not be able to charge someone this amount. Customer service is a joke they are very rude. I have never in my life experienced such a bad return issues with a company before. Stoneberry Return Process is a nightmare! I had to call Stoneberry 3 times to ask for a return label for an item that has been sitting at my home since December. I was not able to print a return label on-line and the only person that can issue us a return label is the manager. I can't return men items. I'm a very good customer for at least ten years. I pay every month on time. I've NEVER returned anything. Please make an exception. You could put the products right back on the shelf.....I'd be more than happy to exchange these for girl items. I was on hold on my computer over 10 min. My phone over 30...This is ridiculous customer service. I need a major problem resolved and ask to speak to a supervisor put on hold...Don't know how you run a business this way. They almost caused me to vomit (no lie). On my first and only purchase, 2 different Stoneberry agents told me to try to get the 20% discount and then the third one said I can't have the discount. Okay I said. I will not lose sleep over it. Today I attempt to make a payment of $15 online. Website kept saying payment was unsuccessful. I call them and they said wait an hour and try again. Stoneberry is very unprofessional to their customers along with their business in general. They wIll try to rip you off with their marketing schemes and check you out as if they honored ther price discounts but then charge full price.. I Could just imagine how many times that they have gotten away with it..
