WORST OF THE WORST POOL CONTRACTOR if there ever was one. The only way we can summarize our terrible experience about this company is to say they have HORRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPETENCE, WORST WORKMANSHIP and WORST QUALITY OF WORK.
There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
The only reason you want to hire this company if you want to deal with a nightmare! Two summers have come and gone and we still dont have a functional pool.

Owner Charles makes excuses instead of rrepairs
- Patio installed 08/25/2018; removal caused cracks and a gap.
- Repairs promised but not done; no contact for 6+ weeks.
- 2-year guarantee; seek satisfaction.
My concrete patio was installed on 08/25/2018 and because Charles (the owner of this company) told the lead worker of the crew to remove the wood barriers the same day & before it dried completely, caused many stress cracks and also a deep gap at the bottom of the base. My husband & I have called and asked for repairs to be done from the very next day.
We had constantly called with promises to come out and had excuses because of the weather. We understand that the weather is an issue, however, many days now have passed & they haven't called us at all in well over 6+ weeks if not longer. Yes we have a contract & as far as it states that we have a guarantee in it for 2 years after final acceptance of owner. We never accepted it this way and filed other reports on RipOff and Advisors.com.
We had talked to him repeatedly in the past and all we got were nothing but empty promises. Now that the colder weather has come, I doubt that any repairs can be made. However, I would like someone to help us in getting satisfaction because of his negligence in this matter.
