Bad Service.

Lied about paying shipping for the return. Package returned staying store was closed.

Wrote them about the shipping and they never answered me. Now I am out of the shipping both ways. I did not accept the package back.

Just dont buy from them they are terrible.at least they returned my money for the purchase. Just bad.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The issue was resolved through the merchant, Sezzle, not Stokes. But at least I got my money back.

Its been a week since I ordered from Stokes, and no update on my order. I tried to contact them via chat, and I could only speak with a bot as I was told twice that a human representative wasnt available.

I tried calling using the number I found here, but that is for their offices. I will try email next, but I have a bad feeling about this.

After posting here, my order was cancelled, but I only see a refund for one of the four items I ordered. Now I need to chase for the other three. So much for ordering Canadian!

I spoke with Sezzle, which is how I was making payment, and they resolved my issue. If it hadn’t been for them, I’d likely still be chasing Stokes.

Order not received

I placed an order online and was excited to receive it; however, it never arrived. I've been trying to contact Stokes for a week now, and there has been no response.

There is no way to contact them through phone since they don't have a phone number listed. Their chat option is always closed, and there is no way to connect with a live agent, and emails are not responded to. I have emailed them at least eight times in the span of a week, and there has been no response whatsoever, even though their generated reply email says someone will contact me within 48 hours.

If they do not reply soon, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card, as this is ridiculous! Terrible customer service!

No one replies even to ticket numbers they generate. Ive sent numerous emails; calling does not appear to be an option.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I brought the items I purchased online to one of their stores, explained the situation and they gave me a refund.

I had ordered four items from Stokes, and payment was made through Sezzle. My order was never received nor was any update provided.

I had to go through Pissed Consimer to get a response, and they ended up cancelling my order. Unfortunately, I only received a refund for one item so now I have to chase for the other three. So frustrating. Im trying to shop Canadian to support businesses here, and this is my experience so far.

Nice job, Stokes. You messed up majorly!

I paid 100$ for the kettle it's only 2 years that I have it and water leaks from everywhere...I would like a refund.. and I already bought another one thinking that it's probably that defect on that one only... I love the kettle ...if it happens again I will bring that one back and will not buy another one

Hello, I want to file a complaint against the manager and staff of Stokes Charlottetown. I bought a Dessert Plate, number four, and other items worth $75.44.

After several days, I returned to return them because they were not suitable for me. The manager treated me in an unkind manner and claimed that she does not return items if they are final sale items. When I purchased them, I asked the employee in cash if I could return them and she told me yes, but when I returned to return them, she evaded this and refused to return them and treated me in an unkind manner at all, which left a bad impression on me.

Therefore, I hope that the management will be fair to me and return these items with an apology from the employee responsible for this. I thank you for your understanding and I hope that you will pay attention and address this complaint
