I ordered over £ 500 worth of products from them. Nothing was received, so i called, and called - and called.
Eventually they answered and I received a torrent of verbal abuse and threats!
I never received the goods that I had ordered. Reported to the police and trading standards.

I was stupid enough to buy from this website. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand, though!
The quality was terrible and customer "service" lacking in every department - as with others on here, when I asked or my money back, I was shouted at down the phone - stoic this person is most certainly not! Sadly, I have had to report the store and owner to Trading Standards who, according to them, already have a large file on this person.

Oh no! I wish I had seen this page before wasting my money with this pitiful company.

I purchased a number of items from this store. The quality was awful.
I contacted them to request a refund and received a torrent of abuse and threats. I have reported them to Trading Standards, so hopefully they will be taken to Court and will have to cease trading - nasty people indeed!

I ordered items from this "store," only for when they arrived for them to be the worst quality ever! Clearly made in China and totally not fit for purpose.
I tried to get my money back but instead received threat and abuse. I am not making a claim through my bank and have informed Trading Standards who will be looking into this online retailer.
My advice.. if you want quality, a decent product - do NOT use these people.
