No newspaper since Tuesday????
Have not received our Stockton Record newspaper since Monday, 3/11/24. Received the paper on Monday and have not received a paper for Tuesday, Wednesday or today Thursday, 3/14/24???

I would like to speak with a human being about our delayed newspaper!!! I would like to be contacted by an employee on phone to address my on going issues!

You asked for it because of my recent complaints
Cancelled our newspaper subscription because of poor deliveries. Sometimes missing papers up to 3 days in a row .
Called it in everytime on their automated line. They don't have a live line. Our paper never arrived before 10:30. Most days around noon even though it is an early morning paper.
After we cancelled they called us with good deal and promises that it would be here before 8 every morning.
In two weeks we only got two papers , just Tuesday and Wednesday around 10:30. So done with these guys.
