Myself didn't have a chance to fight for myself and children abusive Daniel Ray Howe date and birth October5,1977his criminal charges have been children protection stay away order from court house for me and children abused domestic violence against me and children child indangerment on James Calhoun COLANI HOWE DANIEL HOWE THERE WERE 3 court house date that no one TOLD ME ABOUT BY CHILDREN PROTECTION SERVICES DID NOT DO THERE JOB AND TELL ME ABOUT COMPLAINT AGAINST ME OR THE COURT3 COURT dates so I could FIGHT for my 3CHILDREN THE COURTS DIDN'T EVEN SAPEINA ME BY MAIL OR PERSONAL DELIVERY I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE WHOLE COURTHOUSE DATES IT'S CPS AND THE COURTS TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE COURT DATES SO I LOST MY CHILDREN TO MY MOM OLGA VELEZ AND DANIEL RAY HOWE THE PERSON I WAS PROTECTING MY CHILDREN FROM ALSO TRYING TO PROTECT THEM FROM MY MOM AND DANIEL HOWE case# J03408orJ03406 dept.12 JUDE HON.J.PARKER CASE WAS DISSMISSED ON MARCH4,2004 I HAVE WRIGHTS TO FIGHT FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN AND I DIDN'T GET THAT CHANCE AND IT'S THE STOCKTON COURT HOUSE IN SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY 222 WEBER AVE. STOCKTON , CALIFORNIA I WANT TO SUE COURT HOUSE AND CHILDREN PROTECTION SERVICES STEIFIENE EVANS MY WORKER I WANT MY CHILDREN BACK WRIGHT NOW THEY HAD NO RIGHTS TO TAKE THEM ANYWERE OR TO EVEN HAVE THEM THE JUDE SHOULD OF KNOWN ABOUT DANIEL RAY HOWES CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST HIM AND STAY AWAY ORDER THE STOCKTON COURT HOUSE GAVE ME TO KEEP US SAFETY I DID MY JOB AS A GOOD MOTHER AND GOT THE STAY AWAY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE MY MOM AND DAD CAME FROM PUERTO RICO TO VISIT AND THEY INVITED DANIEL RAY HOWE OVER WITH OUT ME KNOWING I WASMAD UPSET CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THEM WRIGHT AWAY IF DANIEL RAY HOWE EVER CAME AROUND US OR THE HOUSE PLUS HE'S STILL ON PROBATION AND IS ON THE RUN And living in WASHINGTON D.C. AND ON WELLFARE WHEN THE POLICE CAME MY MOM AND dad SAID I WAS LIEING AND THAT I WAS CRAZY I WAS SO UPSET AT MY MOM AND DAD FOR TELLING DANIEL TO COME OVER IN THE FIRST PLACE THE POLICE THEN TOOK ME TO MENTAL HEALTH THEY LET ME GO 20MINUTES AND I WENT HOME NEVER HEARD OF COURT HOUSE DATES FROM ANYONE AND IT'S MY WRIGHT TO KNOW SO I COULD OF GOT MY KIDS BACK THE SAME DAY THEY TOOK THEM I ALSO WANT TO SUE THE POLICE PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY CHILDREN BACK WRIGHT AWAY

My mom filled a petition for taking my children on February 27, 2004 children protection services didn't informate me about this court date so much lost my children to my mom and Daniel Ray Howe date of birth is October,5,1977 he's on probation for unlimited crime like Domestic violence against me and children abused plus child indangerment plus he has a staying away order from court house for me and children abused plus he's on probation and on the run there was an continues on February, 16 children protection services didn't let me know when I needed to be there or neither did the Stockton court house either soy mom got James Calhoun and moved to Puerto Rico and my other children went to Daniel Ray Howe date of birth is October5 ,1977 and they both did not have any Wright's to them then there was another Stockton court house.
