Terrible
Visited the Chicago location. Service was poor, prices very high.
Had sea bass the size of a bar of soap for $60; ridiculous. Had to get the valet parking at another restaurant. The waiter was not good at all; felt as if he didn't care because his gratuity was already included. Was there for a birthday, wasn't acknowledged; not a sparkler, a candle on a cupcake, nothing.
Would not recommend to anyone. Should be ashamed of the customer service at the price they charge.

Worst experience of my life. Got the Australia Wagyu Tomahawk, the most expensive steak they have on the menu.
It was definitely not Australia Wagyu. I had better steak at Applebee's. It tasted really plain and was hard to chew, not like an Australia Wagyu steak is supposed to be. It was the worst steak I have had in my life.
I told them twice to take it back; they didn't cook it how I wanted it to be cooked. I couldn't even eat it; it was that bad. The only thing that was edible was the sides. I got mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.
My wife and I are not the ones who like to complain, but this is sad. I thought this was a nice place; it's our anniversary. I thought it would be a memorable experience, but it ended up being a nightmare.
After paying all that money, I didn't even get something decent. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy; I wouldn't even let my dog eat it.
- Overpriced
- Bad customer service
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Glass cut, uncooked meat, missing food we were charged for
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
As we were ordering our food, we were asked if we wanted a peppercorn crust as it was complimentary from STK, as per our waitress, which in fact, it was not. However, we did order chimichurri sauce for our steaks which never came to our table, but sure as *** came on our bill. Lastly, our meat was pink, not hot pink, not brown, but pink when we specifically asked for well-done meat.
I'm typically not one to complain, but for a $400 dinner, I was beyond disappointed and unsatisfied! STK, you have got to do better.
- Spacious venues

- Lack of awareness when it is busy
Preferred solution: A full refund or a gift card to a sister restaurant
User's recommendation: Ok food not worth the price honestly

Please beware that STK aren't honoring Steak night Sunday-Thursday as advertised on their website! Had a reservation for 7:15 on Jan 26th with my husband once seated we were given regular menus which I immediately asked about steak night.
Waiter told us that they no longer are doing it. Told waiter that I would like to speak with management. After speaking to manager she told us the same thing that steak night was no longer.
I replied well you should take it off your website because that's why we're here tonight. I politely told management that I was no longer interested in dining at the restaurant and left!
User's recommendation: If your interested in STK steak night just know that they NO LONGER HONOR it even though it on their website as of Jan 27

You didn't complain about the $50 wine and admitted the mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were good. So why are you including the total of $90 cost of those items in your request for a full refund?
The picture of your plate shows you ate almost the entire steak and you are asking for a refund? They wasted 3 pricey steaks on you and you have the nerve to ask for a full refund? Wouldn't even let your dog eat it? No, you couldn't because you ate it!
Then, to pad your complaint, you threw "bad customer service" in there but provide no examples. You also listed "overpriced" when the menu prices are available online and on the menu in front of you. You didn't have to order the most expensive item, you could have an appetizer and left.
You have just left, period. Please stick to that Applebee's you mentioned, where they have the 2/$25 specials.
I’m guessing the “poor” customer service was to justify no tip as evidenced by it not being on the receipt or in his “loss” total. It’s the restaurant passive-aggressive version of the CSR being accused of reading from a script.
(translation?
No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t bait them into being rude. Because once that happens I can make that the issue.)
