Cannot sign in tried three times with your help still does not work
Cannot sign into my app I have repeatedly tried to reset and it still says the same thing I am also a member of match.com I dont know if thats the reason that its saying my email has already been used or not I need help

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Well, Stir is ignoring my help, so I need to speak to a real person at this point, as these silly messages aren't doing any customers justice. I need help now and need my password, and for the fifth time, I need my phone number updated so I can access my account.

Well I would love to tell you what happened not only did I ask several times to cancel your subscription and I cannot get nobody on the phone you took money out of my account and only that several checks out bounced so yes cancel my subscription refund the money and do not contact me again after the situation is resolved, It is like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of you people in person so in writing again cancel my subscription again refund the money and goodbye

Only gives me a state I’m not in
This app sucks. I get accounts for people that are in other states and dont get anything near where what is promised.
It is a waste to get anything that is offered in the subscription tiers.
Skip this one and find another. Even POF is better.

Dispute charge
I downloaded the dating App Store the other day and not realizing that my bank was charged 71.99$ without my consent I canceled the dating app to try and resolve the problem, but the bank still took my money so Im trying to get a hold of Stir dating at first before calling my bank to dispute the charge

I'm not sure what happened. I signed up yesterday, and this morning I couldn't sign in.

Misunderstanding. Was glitch that locked me out.
This is one of the worst dating Apps. They just blocked me after changing my pictures.
Deleting my old ones.
All the females on there are Nigerian or Asian scammers. All the profiles are fake.
