No Product
I purchased a Stihl weed eater on the 6th of June and have yet to receive the item and here it is 26 August. Ive asked for my money back but have heard nothing.
It only took them 15 minutes to take my money but wont answer me about getting it back. Go to your local Stihl dealership and save your money.

Haven’t received item I ordered and get no response from company
Ordered an item on July 17th, it is now August 22nd and have not received my order but my cc was charged 80.00 on the 17th of July. When I email them I get no response, and can no longer access their web page.

Tried ordering an item from this website multiple times. Nothing was ever received, but my debit/credit card was charged $70 for each of the failed attempts.
On 5/28/22 I tried to order an item from the stihloutletusa.shop website for $70. Each time I tried I received a message Sorry, unable to complete your order.
Please try again. No acknowledgement or order number was provided for each attempt, but after a few days my debit/credit cards were charged $420 ($70 for each time I tried to complete the online order at stihloutletusa.shop). The payments were low processed by squareup.com , so I presume the group at stihloutletusa.shop is one of their credit card processing customers.
Receipts indicated that the $70 payments were made by squareup.com to multiple third parties in various states. It seems like
stihloutletusa.com is sending bogus retail transactions through squareup.com for collection and payment.
