I hired this person in good faith to help me with my business tax issues and paid him an extremely large retainer. Each time I tried to call him, he would return my calls a week or more later screaming profanity at me for bothering him with petty questions.

He told me the IRS will never find out because the people that work there are so stupid. When I questioned his methods, he got pissed off and threatened me.

After learning of his incompetence, he refused to return my retainer.
