About new manager at Stewart's Cohoes downtown off central av. Was very rude to me.
Made me feel like a criminal! Said don't get if not gonna pay for it,! Was
referring to the chili and macaroni and cheese used as a topping as no ne were out for hot dogs, chicken. Bought the latter.
No relish, sauerkraut, onions,
peppers... I told him just drizzled on as topping as none out.

He also yelled across room when school kids came in to leave their knapsacks at door. A couple didn't. He chased them around the store and said he would
throw them out if they didn't leave knapsacks by door!
He was ok prior to today but apparently was made manager. I think this is a mistake as he
is extremely rude! I have spent much money in almost 2 years coming here but am not going to store anymore when he is on. I often buy groceries and drop
$40/pop.

I think young woman kai I think name is with red hair ketos under hat and glasses is very nice and is a hard worker as us blonde woman at night and guy with red hair. Blonde needs more hours or will probably leave. I live in Congress St.
Often come for my iced coffee.
I think he should just fill in at different stores and shut his trap! Noone us interested in anything he has to say.
Especially when he is yelling across

At downtown Stewart's in Cohoes. He was very rude to me and to the many children in store.
Was screaming at them from behind the counter. Threatening to throw them out if they didn't leave bags by door. May be little people but are still human as opposed to him. He should never have been made a manager.was ok filling in at random stores as he shut his mouth.
Now it is always open. New guy with red hair was ser (woman,hard worker,nice. Make her manager as needs more hours or will go.
)ving all the ice cream while he just threw his much weight as fat,around store. He needs to go!

About the new manager at Stewart's Cohoes downtown off Central Ave. He was very rude to me. Made me feel like a criminal! He said, 'I don't get it if I'm not gonna pay for it!' He was referring to the chili and macaroni and cheese used as a topping as none were out for hot dogs and chicken. I bought the latter. No relish, sauerkraut, onions, or peppers... Damian; At first exposure to Mario who was working at the Fair Haven Stewarts, I was a bit incensed that as soon as I walked in the door after pumping my gas, Mario pipped up" Don't forget about his gas!" to one of the elder employees. This aggravated me somewhat as I have purchased fuel at this location since 1956..( Long before it was a Stewarts) and I have never made off with any merchandise without paying.
Anyhow, I made my coffee and had a seat and observed Mario at work with Rhonda and others on the floor and eventually getting around to register operations. This is where my opinion of Mario rapidly changed for the better. I watched this man wait on several customers and with the closing of each transaction I heard Mario say, "Thank You" to every customer who handed him their cash. This is something many merchants these days have forgotten to do, after all with all the choices a customer has at their disposal, when they elect to patronize your business and choose to buy your product and hand you their cash the least a merchant can do is say "Thank You" for helping me survive, and have a paycheck.
Mario has not forgotten to do this, and I spoke with him later and told him how impressed I was with his behavior at the register. I also shared with him that when I was in Kindergarten I held "Perky" in my lap and also had taken a ride in the helicopter in Fair Haven which landed south of the park and between Mallories Funeral home and the park. Ronald White also rode in the helicopter that day. I rode in it again in Whitehall new york when it landed in the school playground east of the canal.
My grandmother took me there to see Perky and meet the owner of Stewarts again. So I've been a customer a while. Fair Haven folks deny that there was ever a Stewarts that early in Fair Haven, but in the early fifties the Stewarts was in the front of Barsalow's Bakery where I had a "make your own Sundae" along with best friend Ronnie White accompanied by our moms. This was the same day the helicopter arrived to give us a ride.
The sign in front of Barsalow's Bakery had a light blue image of Perky's face painted in the corner of the sign.
#Would anyone have any old photos of this Stewarts location? Appreciating Mario's business manners, Kevin p.s Rhonda and her team are great!

On Saturday, September 23rd I was at the Stewart's stores located on northern boulevard and shaker road..the manager..yelled and scream at me to leave the store for free condiments..I'm a disabled man..i put my recycling can..and cash them in..and he scream at me..i would him fired or some type of discipline should be done.. I'm a good customer..and i don't bother no one..

Verified BuyerCharged my card, but told me the card was declined, however it wasn’t. I needed gas and because the cashier didn’t know what she was doing, I got charged, but was not able to get the gas.
My credit card was charged, however I was told that the card declined the purchase. It did go through and even though I showed her the proof that it did charge my card, she told me that theres nothing she can do!
Im unbelievably pissed right now!
When I asked to speak to the manager I was told shes not in. She wouldnt tell me anything about who I needed to speak with to file a complaint either.

Worst customer service I have ever received, as a business owner I will say I would NEVER have an employee who would treat a customer like that everything from his words, his attitude, his arrogance I can literally say I will never come back to this location unless there is something done about this mistreatment.
