We have had a file there for 8 weeks and still no closing. Excuse after excuse and absolutely no communication or updates.
User's recommendation: Don’t use them.

Complaint regarding Luna County Abstract and Title in Deming , NM
Opened a file over 6 weeks ago. Was told it would take 6 weeks to close. Checked status 2 weeks ago and was told it would be late that week or early the following week. Checked the following week and was told it would be late that week or early this week. I told them it was unacceptable and was then told that they had originally told me 6-8 weeks. That is not what I was told initially! It has already been more than halfway though this week and nothing. I need some assistance.
