Unable to get return call on my escrow account request
- - Elko says info must come from Phoenix service office; user must request it.
- - Phone prompts don't address issue; it's a dead end.
Still in limbo. Stewart Title has possession of $50,000.
They will not respond. I have reached out to the corporate office but customer service does not answer phone and they do not respond to email messages left several times since 5/8/25.
Local office manager says he has no control or even the ability to check although he has tried to get someone to contact me. They simply do not respond.
Need to change escrow but cannot get a return phone call. Local office (Elko) says they can't get info; it has to come from the Phoenix service office, and I must request it.
But they won't call, so it's impossible.
Telephone prompts do not address my issue, so that is a dead end also. Stay away.

We have had a file there for 8 weeks and still no closing. Excuse after excuse and absolutely no communication or updates.

Opened a file over 6 weeks ago. Was told it would take 6 weeks to close.
Checked status 2 weeks ago and was told it would be late that week or early the following week. Checked the following week and was told it would be late that week or early this week. I told them it was unacceptable and was then told that they had originally told me 6-8 weeks.
That is not what I was told initially! It has already been more than halfway though this week and nothing.
I need some assistance.
