AI Highlights
  • - Called Find a Doctor and the TX HQ for months with no callback.
  • - Only the call center is reachable; long hold times.

Called the number and it was Find a Doctor and called Headquarters in TX fir months without anyone ever answering the phone or calling me back. The system doesnt care about patients at all.

Individual Drs do but not Steward Medical Group. You cant get a Dr office inly the call center where I have been on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to answer and it is nit the Dr office.

User's recommendation: If you want ti spend your time on hold and never get the dr iffice or have trouble emailing without anyone in charge or who cares you have come to the right place.
