Repeatedly failed to repair vehicle and refused to provide a refund

I brought a truck in for brake repair and because the trailer hitch socket needed a cover. I picked the truck up and discovered the brakes were not working properly. Shortly thereafter I realized the trailer hitch socket which was working before was no longer working. I brought the truck back three more times for the same repair. All told they charged me about $600 and the truck was still not fixed. I took the truck to a different dealership. The brakes pads were completely worn, and the rotors were shot. The wiring to the trailer hitch socket was completely screwed up and had to be completely re-wired. Stevinson refused to refund my money because I had taken the truck to another dealership.
