Poor service--Stevens Point WI Dodge/Chrysler

My 18 year old son purchased a 2010 Charger from Stevens Point Dodge/Chrysler on November 18,2015. During the test drive we were told of all the features by salesperson James. THIS INCLUDED THE STOCK STEREO SYSTEM WITH HANDS FREE USAGE. When we received the vehicle my son took it home and attempted to set his phone up with this and it stated not equipped with it. I have called the dealership the next day and talked to Eric the sales manager and have now gone back and forth with them for 2 weeks getting excuse after excuse first the parts manager is on vacation hunting so they can't get a part for it and now they claim they have tried to reach me and no calls from there.
