Unreliable acts and literally crys like a baby about most everything He has more excuses than any one person should. Steve started out like a ball of fire but fizzled quickly. He also has a partner who over schedules Steve so jobs are not completed. UNRELIABLE UNDEPENDABLE NOT HIREABLE
