Steve Moyer Subaru of leesport pa had my car in for a water leak that put over an in of water on the rear passenger floor and they charged me 97 dollars for twenty minutes of work saying it was the evaporator tube and had to fight with them to remove n dry out carpets. Had it back for a night after a week and back seat n floor soaked again this time they say it's the sunroof seal. They couldnt even clean inside of car n when asked about the evaporator bill they never answered me even when I told them that wasn't the issue since the passenger front floor wast wet. I don't mind paying for repairs but ones that are not needed n just guesses can add up quickly thanks for the great customer service Steve moyer☹️

We are sorry that you remain disappointed with our service. We serviced your car on two separate occasions, once for a leak in the passenger side floor which was caused by a clogged evaporator hose.

We charged only $97 which included all of the water testing to find the cause. Removing the carpets and drying them is a very time consuming task (almost four hours). The cost of this labor falls back onto the customer/insurance company. Because of this expense it is not an automatic repair and needs to be approved by the customer.

A second leak was found to which there were no charges to diagnose the leak, install the part, or remove the carpet for a second time.

This is over $1000.00 in labor that was done ALL AT NO CHARGE. - Steve Moyer Subaru
