Well I just spoke with Stetson again this morning and they still have NO TRACKING INFORMATION on the cologne I ordered!!! I don't understand how this is possible???
Again I ordered this cologne WAY BACK on December 29th!!!
It is now January 12!!! I will most likely be asking them for a full REFUND!!!
Well I never got that email that the customer service lady promised me yesterday! And of course they are closed for the weekend.
So I still have NO tracking number for my cologne order.
You better believe I will be calling them again on Monday morning! Their customer service SUCKS!!!
I ordered one of their colognes back on December 29. The site says that items ship out the next day!
I have no information about when I will receive my item! The customer service lady said they are having a problem with getting a tracking number for their items.
She will send me an email sometime today! I sure hope this is correct and that I actually get the item I ordered!

My customer service representative was awesome. Great company!! When I had to do a return the hat I bought, they sent me a return label and made it very simple.
