Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. UPDATE: Courtney from Stessa has SAVED their image and is actually very helpful.

I'm upgrading my 1-star review to a 3-star for now based SOLELY on her calling me to help work through some back-end issues.

If she's able to work them out, I'll upgrade it to 4 stars. I hope they give her a raise.

I have tried for weeks to get in touch with people at Stessa for support. I paid the annual Pro subscription just to have the priority chat support and live person support features.

Both are lies. They don't exist. They conveniently have a no refund policy even when they break the contract, and have no people who you can ever reach to contact them about any policy, feature, non-working site issue, etc.

This is a glorified scam, wasting both time and money of any serious investors who need a product that is simple and works. It is really unfortunate that companies continue to exist without the most basic levels of customer support
