- - Seven units fail after new batteries; one works; wants repair options or a replacement lamp.
My wife purchased an order of 8 Paradise Solar Pathway lamps, model # M55970, about 1 year ago and they worked fine all summer. This year I checked all of the original rechargeable batteries and some were bad so I ordered 4 each brand new rechargeable batteries and charged them up.
I then installed the brand new batteries in the units that would not work and all but one of them would not work. My question is since I am a US Navy Electronic Technician, can I disassemble the unit and repair it without damage to the plastic part of the Solar Lamp? Or, can I purchase 1 ea new Paradise Solar Pathway Lamp, Model # M55970, to replace the apparent defective unit? We would be happy to purchase one new Paradise Solar Pathway Lamp, Model # M55970 if they are still available.

Called about assistance with a product---how to operate?
- - Glady's couldn't assist; gave inaccurate info and was unfriendly.
- - Sharon knew the product and assisted professionally and patiently.
Called and talked to a Glady's yesterday for about twenty minutes, did not know how to assist us but kept giving us inaccurate info and was not helpful or polite.
Today, I called back and fortunately got a Sharon who knew the product and was able to assist us in a very professional and patient manner, she is to be highly commended, understands her products.
Not operating or looking satisfactorily

We have the model GL39331 decorative solar garden light set installed in our back yard.....they work perfectly, BUT the rods that hold the lights erect do not look as shown. Three of the rods (lights) bend over to the side but the one other rod (light) stays straight up perfectly.
Why do not the other three lights stand as shown. Are they all supposed to stand up straight as the one does OR are they all supposed to lean over sidewise as the other three.
