Replacement solar panel
My light will not turn off. Cleaning with alcohol did not help.

Product defective
I bought pathway lights from home depot in 2021 and installed them in 2022 . I have had them for one year and they dont work anymore.
Now their out of business and I'm stuck with them not working. I really liked the product, when it worked.
Now I'm just pissed because I dont have money to waste like that and I cant do anything about it. I'm kinda of mad at home depot for still having them on the shelf for sale.

Broken Part
Hi there. I purchased from Wayfair; who suggested I call you directly...
Battery powered intergrated gray weave 10" LED outdoor lantern that takes 2 "C" batteries.
Well my issue is 2 out of the 5 battery covers snapped and I can't lock the covers in place anymore. I would surely appreciate 2 replacements as these lanterns at $35.00 each are now useless as the batteries won't stay in the compartment.
I can send a photo of the Lantern.
The order from Wayfair. The actual broken battery white covers that are oval.

Need parts for my led lights dusk to dawn controlled
The dusk to dawn controller is not working I got three sets of led lights off of Amazon in 2018 have worked great but the sun in Arizona eats the senser would like to buy two more so I have them

Warranty claim
Back in July of 2020 I sent an email about a defective photo sensor. This was for my outdoor landscaping low voltage lights.
A new sensor was sent.
It worked until a week ago. The power supply works fine. 12 volts DC. But when I check thru the photo eye.
I only get 3.1 volts DC.
This appears to be the same problem as before.
Can you please send my a photo sensor? This item should be covered under the 5 year warranty.

Question about lighting color
I have not had anything resolved please call me back. I've called multiple times to find out that they don't answer any calls and I have left several emails probably three and no one has ever returned my call or fixed my issue.
These were expensive. Once I have an answer I will give a full preview I'm disappointed I'm looking for answers.

Remote control
Remote worked perfect right out of the box but now I cannot get candles to respond to the remote. I have to turn the candle on and off manually.
I changed the remote battery but nothing improved.
The little light at the end of the remote does not come on when I push the on button. Please advise.
I bought the candles at Costco in Hillsboro, Oregon. Thank you so much.
