Why should I have ti sand a 2 month old machine then reapply factory hardcoat? I I also replace two plunger circuits.

Ive had to buy a dewalt ratchet set a soldering iron and a small screwdriver set just to put parts on that broke n a few months time.
This is not the quality I expect from Stern on a $5000 machine.

The warranty work from numerous techs at stern. Considering its a brand-new machine I shouldn't have to purchase any additional tools to continually maintenance it .
