How can I get a refund on this item

I purchased a bracelet on 6/18/22. I reconsidered my purchase and called and spoke to an associate at Kay’s store 4759 and asked if they would accept a return on this item on 7/20/2022.

At that time I was informed that it had been over 30 days and that there was nothing that they could do to help me. At that time I asked to speak to the store manager. Her name is heather strong. Heather and I have spoken on many occasions and have had no issues up until now.

Since July I’ve been on the phone with customer care, heather , as well as speaking to heather again today 9/15/2022 in which she says she spoke to her district manager about my return and my return is still denied. This is not a special order item and my item is returnable it is just outside the return window. Today while speaking to heather she was very condescending, raised her voice , combative , and showed zero compassion towards my issue. Another associate (Beth) was also there wanting to argue with me.

I would like to return this item because had I been taken care of when I called we wouldn’t be months out with poor customer service on this. I’m not quite sure if heather even spoke to her district manager today because she was just on the phone with someone and remained extremely negative so I cannot confirm if the district manager is involved. As I was leaving today a customer told me that I was the second person this week that she saw heather raising her voice at. Something needs to be done about this location, more so I would like this bracelet returned that I simply cannot afford.

When I called customer care about this issue I was told that it is up to the store managers discretion as to return my item. I was told this by 2 different customer care individuals yet when I go into the store I get nothing but negativity from heather.
