Bad experience
The company unloads their trucks on our residential sidewalk all hours of the night, the noise level is insane. Beeping,liftgates,pallet Jack's and yelling to each other waking the whole block out of a sound sleep.
Completely disrespectful and or oblivious. Can't imagine anyone being that ignorant or oblivious, so it's pure disrespectful I don't care attitude. The hospital they deliver to, mt. Sinai west doesn't open their gate until 6am, so this noise they make is completely unnecessary.
I've spoken to the local yard they deliver from,was told it would be taken care of, still going on for weeks since we spoke.
I called their corporate office, told it would stop. Still going on. So the drivers have no respect for their superiors or they didn't get the memo? Spoke again today to a woman named Gayle, let's see what happens, we are not holding our breath.
Lack of sleep is dangerous and completely ruins lives after prolonged exposure.
This is deadly serious. Wish I could wake up the ceo every night, numerous times, see how he reacts.
