Can’t get my order to work
I need help to place my order it will not work for me l need to talk to someone regarding the order as l place it on the site but it continues to come back as not completed yet l have had a number of different people look at it and they dont see what is wrong

Poor quality, poor service.
Bought 3 pairs 6 weeks ago now got holes in them, tried to contact customer service however after writing complaint they said they would send a verification code to submit complaint, this never materialised.

There was an issue with delivery with my purchase not delivered nor returned to sender. StepOne have resent my order and this arrived this morning. I am very happy with the outcome.
