Beautemer Stemolina are bloody *** people.. cheating innocent UK people from Moldova.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I did Tesco Customer satisfaction review in the month of March and they (Tesco) said that they can offer me discounted trial of Beautemer Stemolina products. Since it was on Tesco website, I trusted them and paid small amount to get those trial samples. That's it.

Those *** cheater got my credit card details and started charging £149.93 every month and sending the 2 products - which I did not signed off for recurring purchase.

I returned back their products (both in one package) next month, but they started saying that they have not received anything. After some email comm, they said they got only one. But later refused to pay money saying it is out of their policy.

I am really pissed off, as this is broad-day-light robbery of UK customers. They keep our payment card details unauthorised and steam money from your card. It seems that they are based on Moldova and running the scam under Tesco banner. Where the *** Tesco people are? They are using your name and customer to cheat!

I am trying to find out how I can complain to UK Legal authorities against these Thugs. Also I am officially going to complain to Tesco about this.. let's see what happens.

If anyone have better solution, please post it here.

Their polished websites to cheat people are:

Stole money

like most people I completed a quick boots survey and a add popped up saying I could have a FREE sample and only pay for shipping. A week or so later my cream come ( never used it ) and didn't think no more.

About 3 weeks later more cream come so I checked my bank account to discover they had taken over £300 pounds out of my account in 4 payments 2 1st April 2 1st may. I called straight away asking why they had taken this money out my account and asking for a full refund. They told me if I sent the cream back before the 30 days with proof I would get a full refund.

Now another 30 days later and have revived a email saying it wasn't in original condition I'm not having a refund which is TOTALLY UNTRUE several emails later and still won't return my money. STAT WELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE JYST ONE BIG SCAM.

Stemoderm and Beauteau a COMPLETE AND UTTER ***?

completed a survey on Postcode Lottery UK offering "free gift" for doing so. Charged £7 something for postage.

Should have seen the warning signs! This month noticed Stemoderm had taken £97.95 from my account and Beauteau had taken £99.98. Sent them an email... No reply.

Phoned no....in America. Spoke to "Tequila" ...very unhelpful and patronising. Asked to speak to manager...left on hold. When I tried to call again my telephone no has been blocked.

They should not be allowed to get away with this ***. £197.93 is an absolute fortune to me.

I am so stressed and worried about this.. It means I can't pay my bills this month.

The same thing happened to my dad who is a pensioner, 75 years old and wanted to buy me a birthday present. These companies are a disgrace ...

they give you a limited time to accept an offer and the consumer doesn't have time to read what they are signing up for.

Luckily I managed to cancel and return the items before we got charged for the full trial, however got charged postage and insurance twice over and the credit card company couldn't help with it. The company is clever and has worded the offer in such as way which is very deceptive - it is only when you delve deep into the terms and conditions that you realise the 'free' trial isn't actually free.
